When you use the company’s services or fill out a form, Fullness of Joy Life Coaching collects personal data from you.

– To respond to your inquiry or to schedule an appointment upon your request.
– To provide you with the necessary materials and tools, such as worksheets and life coaching guides if you contract our services.
– In the administration and proper execution of our contract when serving as a coach and client

Fullness of Joy Life Coaching processes confidential conversation reports from life coaching sessions for the sole purpose of achieving our agreed-upon goals.

How long is your personal data kept?
At Fullness of Joy Life Coaching, your personal data is not kept any longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. After your Life Coaching sessions are completed, your personal data together with any associated reports will be deleted within 1 year unless you expressly agree otherwise.

– your passport photocopy the MRZ (machine-readable zone), which is the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport
